10' x 10' Space & Weighted Tent: I understand that booth space is strictly 10' x 10' and I must provide my own commercial-grade popup tent with a minimum of 40–50 lbs of weight per leg (NO ground staking permitted), plus my own tables, chairs, tablecloths, and displays. * Electricity Policy: I understand that electricity is NOT provided and NOT available for Standard or Premium Business Vendors. (If registering as a Restaurant Tasting Partner, I have specified my electrical requirements above for review.) * Trick-or-Treat Candy / Sample Supply: I agree to provide candy/treats for approximately 500 trick-or-treaters (or, if registering as a Restaurant Tasting Partner, approximately 500 sample-size portions of our signature food item). * Approval & Refund Policy: I understand that submitting payment and this form does NOT guarantee acceptance or participation. Bell Empire Media & Events reserves the right to approve or decline any registration in its sole discretion. If declined, a full 100% refund of the registration fee will be promptly issued. * Rules, Terms & Cancellation Policy: I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all 18 Vendor Rules, Load-in/Load-out Schedules (load-in 2:00–4:30 PM, event 5:00–8:00 PM), and Cancellation Terms (no vendor-requested refunds after October 15, 2026). *
